I’m a former ad man who is now a stay at home dad. My son is Mr. C, my wife is Ms. J. Thanks for checking out this site, I hope there is something here you like!
I can also be found at Twitter: @Peters154
We live in southern New Hampshire, a beautiful area, though I do miss my home town of Boston.
Three years ago I was working 60+ hours a week. Traveling around the country, meeting people, making deals, major decisions, telling clients what to do, bossing people around. Now, I’m trying to keep up with an energetic 3 year old. I travel to the Y, the library, preschool, and the supermarket. The 3 year old bosses me around, the only deals I’m making have to do with haggling at yard sales, decisions are usually something like which orange juice is on sale this week, and the only money I’m making is whatever I find under the sofa cushions.
Luckily I have the most incredible and inspiring person in the world to pay the rent and grocery bills, this would of course be the amazing Ms. J.
As someone who used to make a living from pretty much talking to people all day long, part of the goal of this blog is to try to make sure I don’t go completely crazy from not having adult conversations for the vast majority of the day. So please feel free to comment, I could use the adult interaction!
This is me, in disguise with my son’s beach hat on and my Mr. Cool Hipster shades.

Thought I would drop by, I like how you capture the fleeting moments by using your iphone camera, when you have young children its all about the moment. Yet when you have the time you put some thought into composition and light etc
I was surprised at the quality of the iphone camera, and it’s storage capacity! I should use my other camers more often though, they do have more options. I’ve taken so many pictures of my toddler though that when he sees a camera he runs away, its easier to sneak a photo with the iphone!
I’ve just nominated you for the Sunshine Award (who doesn’t like a little ray of sunshine?). Feel free to accept it or pass it. Go back to my post to see the questions to answer and how to forward the award to others.

Thanks very much, that’s very kind of you!
I’m sitting here with a sleeping toddler on my lap, typing on my iphone, so it might be awhile before I can get full Internet access and go back to your site to check it out!
fun! hubby was 45 when Miss M was born and he’s still here nearly 13 years later. you can do it!! he also stayed home with her during the day her first year. we couldn’t afford it any more so….let me check out your blog some more. thanks for the follow!!
It’s a definitely a workout everyday!
Thanks for liking my NYC haiku post.
Sounds like you have lots to write about!
Thanks!
I’ll have to go back to your blog!
I usually prefer to write a comment instead of just “Liking”, but I was using my iPhone , which is hard to type on since it’s so small!
You visited me, I visited back and I do like this. To love being with kids and do the job taking care of them, doesn’t mean you don’t need the other talk, just do without it for a while. I, retired, granny, back to child care, started my blog for similar reasons. I meet great people!! See you again, Elspeth
I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your blog, and that I have nominated you for the Kreativ Blogger Award. Don’t feel obligated to participate, but it’s a lovely way to attract readers who will appreciate your writing as much as I do.
Thanks so much Naomi! I’ve only been doing this for two months, so this certainly comes as a surprise! Let me know what I would need to do to accept the nomination.
Thanks for deciding to follow my blog…I hope you enjoy the trip.
Be encouraged!
Lovely photo to choose for the challenge!
Thank you so much for dropping in on my blog!
This is truly awesome! Thanks for stopping by so I could find you! Looking forward to more!
